Gahler said the suspect had been tracked to the Tulsa area. He was wanted in the slaying of Rachel Morin, 37 and a mother of five, Gahler said.Tulsa police on Saturday said agents with the Federal Bureau of Investigation notified Tulsa detectives that the suspect was in the area late Friday night. Agents and Tulsa officers arrived at a bar located at 21st and Garnett, where the suspect was “casually sitting at the bar,” according to a news release.The suspect was taken into custody and reportedly lied about his identity and denied knowledge of any crimes he was wanted for, officials said.Detectives with the Harford County Sheriff’s Office determined that Morin was killed on Aug. 5, 2023, and her body was found the next day on the Ma & Pa Trail in Bel Air, Maryland.During the news conference, Gahler said the suspect had crossed into the United States illegally in February 2023.
